School Behaviour Support and Management Plan
In line with the NSW Department of Education鈥檚 policy requirements, our school has developed a comprehensive聽School Behaviour Support and Management Plan (SBSMP). This plan outlines our whole-school approach to fostering positive student behaviour and wellbeing.
The SBSMP details strategies for:
- Prevention聽of behavioural concerns through explicit teaching, positive reinforcement, and school-wide expectations;
- Early intervention聽to support students at risk of disengagement;
- Consistent responses聽to inappropriate behaviour, ensuring clarity, fairness, and restorative practices;
- Addressing bullying, including clear procedures for identifying, reporting, and responding to bullying and cyberbullying.
Our plan reflects our commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment where every student is known, valued, and cared for.
